The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences offers unprecedented access to the film industry and the Academy membership as part of its Gold Rising program.
The Academy is dedicated to inspiring young artists and creating opportunities for underrepresented communities to engage with the film world. As part of this mission, the Academy Gold Rising talent development program is an eight-week summer educational and networking experience that helps college seniors, recent graduates and young professionals acquire the knowledge, skills and connections to achieve careers in the film industry. It offers unprecedented access to the film industry and the Academy membership.
