Black Film Space Screenwriting Accountability Group, Deadline to Apply is April 11th.
Black Film Space is excited to launch the 8th installment of their Screenwriting Accountability Group!
With this program, they emphasize deep work by creating an environment where you can dive into your screenplay with minimal distractions, alongside like-minded individuals.
Screenwriters commit to writing every day on their own separate scripts in a group setting Monday through Friday from April 7th to May 30th. Writers meet on Zoom in their self-selected group of 8 or more people.
Writers are encouraged to complete a project in that time (i.e. final draft of a short, a pilot, first draft of a feature, etc…) Writers must be on time and on camera to be counted as present.
The objective is to create a structured space for writers to focus and improve their craft. Black Film Space understands this structure is not for everyone, please be mindful of your availability to commit.
